Join us for our Mindful Art Group, tailored specifically for people living with HIV (PLHIV).
Led by our dedicated HIV peer workers at WAAC, Charlie Manley and Diane Lloyd, these sessions are held on the third Thursday of every month from 6pm to 8pm at WAAC.
Our Mindful Art program offers a nurturing environment where participants can explore their creativity and promote well-being through artistic expression. Guided by experienced peer workers who understand the unique challenges and needs of PLHIV, these sessions are designed to foster mindfulness, reduce stress, and encourage emotional resilience.
Discover the benefits of art as a means of self-care and personal empowerment. Connect with others in the community and embark on a journey of healing and creativity with us.
