Board Member
Ali is an HR professional and non-executive director on several not-for-profit boards in WA. Ali has a keen curiosity in the people and organisational aspects of business and has significant experience relating to how the future of work will impact organisational capability and effectiveness.
Ali’s motivation join the WAAC board stems from the influential role her mother held as a Nurse Specialist specialising in the care of HIV patients.
Ali holds a degree in French and History from the University of Manchester in the UK and is an alumnus of the London Business School having completed their course in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations and Managing the Company of the Future. Ali also holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
